By completing the booking form and paying for the course you are agreeing to and following the points below:
1/ You will attend all the scheduled sessions during the course in the correct sequence and at the agreed venue to qualify for assessment
2/ You will forfeit the course fee if you withdraw from the course unless you give at least 21 working days written notice prior to the start of the course. If you withdraw less than 21 days before the start you will only receive a refund if we are able to fill the vacancy. There is a £20 administration fee for withdrawal at any stage.
3/ You will forefeit the course fee if withdrawing from the course once it has begun.
4/ You must provide either a satisfactory CRB through the LTA or a signed letter of deployment without CRB prior to the start of the course
5/ WM Tennis is not liable for any damage or loss caused under this application process or for the duration of the course save where this is caused by negligence of WM Tennis, it's employees and directly affiliated bodies but any such liability shall be limited to the extent that such loss was reasonably foreseaable at the time the contract was entered into. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause in no way excludes or limits the liability for personal injury or death caused as a result of the negligence of WM Tennis, it's employees and affiliated bodies.
6/ We reserve the right to reject any applicant whom it considers to be an unsuitable person for involvement on its tennis training courses. This right may also be exercised retrospectively if information is brought to our attention, which, if known at the time of the application, would have rendered the candidate unsuitable. For the avoidance of doubt, the falsification of any information requested in this application form and/or the existence of any police record or caution relating to matters considered to be incompatible with certification, constitute circumnstances where WM Tennis reserve the right to withdraw or suspend a candidates qualification
7/ If course numbers are too low (which is infrequent) we will cancel the course. Cancellation may happen up to the final day leading up to the start of the course to give the opportunity for others to book on. You will be contacted by email if this happens.
8/ If you have to re submit the course portfolio after the course has finished you agree to paying a £30 administration fee. This will include the package and postage for return only.
9/ The course is a 2 year process and you have a total of 3 opportunities to be assessed and re-assessed from the start date of the course before having to re-take the full course. There is a £50 fee for each re-assessment.
10/ Once booking is complete and prior to the start of the course, there is a £50 fee to change to a future course.
11/ You understand that all required paperwork is your responsibility to complete and send in. Such as CRB, first aid, letter of deployment without CRB.
12/ I understand that places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and that I may be put onto a waiting list for the course I am applying for or a future course.
